MyBP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Boston Pizza International Inc. (“Boston Pizza” “we” or “our”) has created the Boston Pizza MyBP Program (“MyBP”) to reward loyal BP Guests with offers, promotions and unique experiences. In order to be eligible to receive these offers, promotions and unique experiences, you must register and become a member of MyBP. By registering and becoming a member of MyBP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
In order to be eligible to register and become a member of MyBP, and to participate in offers, promotions and unique experiences offered through MyBP, you must be at least 13 years of age. Only one membership in MyBP is permitted per person.
2. Registration
To register and become a member of MyBP, you must either: (i) go to www.bostonpizza.com, click on the link “Rewards”, complete the registration instructions and provide all required information (including, without limitation, your full name, a unique and valid telephone number and a unique and valid email address); or (ii) download the Boston Pizza mobile app (the “Mobile App”) from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store onto your smartphone, complete the registration instructions and provide all required information (including, without limitation, your full name, a valid telephone number and a unique and valid email address). As part of the registration process, a personalized, unique profile (including a username and password) will be created that will enable Boston Pizza to provide you Rewards (defined below) and for you to see certain information regarding your relationship with Boston Pizza. Your membership in MyBP has no cash value and is not transferrable.
3. Rewards
From time to time, Boston Pizza may provide you offers, promotions or unique experiences (“Rewards”) via MyBP. Rewards may be valid only for: (i) in-store dining at participating Boston Pizza restaurants; (ii) takeout and delivery from participating Boston Pizza restaurants; or (iii) online ordering from www.bostonpizza.com or the Mobile App. Click here to view current Rewards being offered by Boston Pizza. Boston Pizza may impose additional terms and conditions that are specific to any particular Reward at the time of providing you that Reward. Boston Pizza may change any Rewards at any time without notice and Rewards may expire at the sole discretion of Boston Pizza. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash, any cash equivalent or any other products, or combined with other discounts or coupons. Rewards are personal to you, are not transferrable and may be redeemed only in Canada.
4. Obtaining Rewards
The number, type and frequency with which Boston Pizza may provide you Rewards are dependent upon a number of factors, which we may change at any time in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, the number and types of registered purchases that you make at participating Boston Pizza restaurants, the frequency of your usage of MyBP, the type and amount of personal information that you provide about yourself to Boston Pizza and the type and extensiveness of your participation in other Boston Pizza programs or applications. To facilitate Boston Pizza awarding you Rewards, you should ensure that every purchase you make at participating Boston Pizza restaurants or online via www.bostonpizza.com or the Mobile App is registered in MyBP by asking your server to associate your account with your cheque and making sure you’re logged in everytime you place an online order. Each time Boston Pizza provides you a Reward, you will be able to view that Reward by logging into MyBP at www.bostonpizza.com or via the Mobile App. It is your responsibility to ensure that all purchases you make at participating Boston Pizza restaurants or online via www.bostonpizza.com or the Mobile App are registered in MyBP, and Boston Pizza is not liable for any failure of any such purchases to be registered in MyBP. Rewards may not be provided or redeemed if unexpected technical difficulties arise, and Boston Pizza has no responsibility or liability to retroactively provide or redeem Rewards.
5. Redeeming Rewards
Once Boston Pizza has provided you a Reward, you may redeem that Reward in the following three ways:
- Via Mobile App: If you have downloaded the Mobile App onto your smartphone, you can “check-in” via the Mobile App when you are present at a participating Boston Pizza restaurant, at which time the Mobile App will provide you a three digit code. By providing this three digit code to your server, you can redeem that Reward;
- Via Telephone Number or Email Address: When you are present at a participating Boston Pizza restaurant, you can provide your server with the telephone number or email you supplied when registering for MyBP and the server will be able to retrieve and redeem that Reward for you; or
- Online Orders: You may log into MyBP at www.bostonpizza.com or via the Mobile App, follow the links to place an online order, and redeem that Reward at the cart screen.
You may only redeem one Reward per transaction. You are not obligated to accept or redeem any Reward provided to you by Boston Pizza. However, any Reward that is not redeemed within the required timeframe specified by Boston Pizza will be forfeited by you without any compensation.
6. Disputes and Uncertainty:
If there is any dispute or uncertainty regarding any aspect of MyBP, including, without limitation, the identity of any MyBP member, the provision or redemption of any Reward, or the registration in MyBP of any purchases you make at participating Boston Pizza restaurants or online via www.bostonpizza.com or the Mobile App, Boston Pizza’s determination of such dispute or uncertainty will be conclusive and final.
7. Suspension or Termination of Membership or Rewards:
Boston Pizza may terminate your membership in, or access to, MyBP, or any Rewards provided to you, at any time without notice or liability to you, and for any reason in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, any actual or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent use of MyBP or your actual or suspected failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, our General Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
8. General Terms and Conditions:
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, MyBP is governed by our General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. Our General Terms and Conditions, among other things, limits Boston Pizza’s liability to you.
9. Personal Information:
In order to register for, and participate in, MyBP you must provide us certain required personal information about yourself. If you do not provide us the required personal information about yourself, you may not register for, or participate in, MyBP. Boston Pizza collects, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Electronic Messages:
As part of registering for MyBP, you may be asked whether you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Boston Pizza, including, without limitation, email, push messaging or text messages. If you consent to receive such electronic messages, such electronic messages may be subject to text message and data rates from your telecom provider. If you consented to receive electronic messages from Boston Pizza and wish to no longer receive such electronic messages, you can click “unsubscribe” on any of those electronic messages, or Contact Us.
11. Amendments:
Boston Pizza may, in its absolute discretion, revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person, by posting amended Terms and Conditions on www.bostonpizza.com. Your continued use of, or participation in, MyBP after any amendments have been made to these Terms and Conditions will signify your consent to such amendments.
