No, Boston Pizza gift cards (physical and E-Gift cards) never expire.
No, we do not charge a service fee for our standard gift cards.
- For physical gift cards, the purchaser will only be charged the face value of the gift card, shipping and any extra add-ons or customizations.
- For E-Gift cards, the card is sent electronically via email and the purchaser would only incur extra fees with added card customizations.

Scan the QR code on our gift card page to add your gift card to your phone’s digital wallet! This will automatically update your gift card balance in your wallet and every time you visit BP using your gift card.

Boston Pizza gift cards are not valid for use through third parties (SKIPtheDishes, Uber Eats, DoorDash etc.)
All Boston Pizza gift cards and E-Gift cards should be treated like cash: they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or destroyed. Boston Pizza gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Gift cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within Canada using Canada Post and UPS.
Yes! You can order bulk gift cards in-restaurants at Boston Pizzas across Canada or online via our Bulk Gift Card portal. Guests receive 10% back in bonus gift cards when spending $1000 or more on their gift card purchase.
*A valid HST/GST number is required when purchasing bulk gift cards using our online portal.
Guests Receive 10% back in bonus gift cards when you spend $1000 or more. Once your order is approved, you will receive the bonus card in a separate email.

Present your physical Boston Pizza gift card or 16-digit e-gift card number to your server to redeem in-restaurant. For online orders, enter your 16-digit e-gift card number and 8-digit PIN at checkout to apply it to your order.
The One4all Gift Card cannot be used directly in restaurants. You must first swap it online for a Boston Pizza e-gift card to redeem it.
