CHIPOTLE BACON PENNE

Penne served with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions, in an ancho-chipotle cream sauce. Baked with cheddar and pizza mozzarella. Topped with Parmesan & parsley.

THE PICKLE PIZZA

Invented by Ryan Marshall and Kim Marchand, Boston Pizza Box Springs (Medicine Hat, AB)

Hand-pressed dough topped with buttermilk ranch, Italian pizza spices, and pizza mozzarella. Finished with green onions and loads of garlic dill pickles.

THE SRIRACHA GARLIC CHICKEN PIZZA

Invented by Vinoth Sanmugalingam at Boston Pizza Vaughan (Vaughan, ON)

Hand-pressed dough topped with our smoky Sriracha pizza sauce, spinach, pizza mozzarella, cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, garlic chicken, and goat cheese.

THE CAJUN JAMBALAYA PIZZA

Invented by Ken Spurvey at Boston Pizza Timmins (Timmins, ON)

Hand-pressed dough, marinara sauce, pizza mozzarella, cheddar cheese, spicy Italian sausage, Cajun chicken, shrimp, green pepper, and black olives. Finished with tomatoes and green onions.

HONEY DILL FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH

A buttermilk-fried chicken breast, topped with house-made honey-dill sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, on a toasted brioche bun.

MINT CHOCOLATE CAKE
