Whistleblower Policy

The Board of Directors is an important part of the governance process of Boston Pizza International Inc. (“BPI”).  One of the roles of the Board of Directors is to ensure that the financial and business affairs of BPI are conducted in a legal and ethical manner.

If any employee or member of the public has any concerns about BPI's handling of any of its financial or business transactions, and is uncomfortable with discussing this with general management, he or she is encouraged to contact the Board of Directors at whistleblower@bostonpizza.com.
