We have a part to play in helping get through this global health crisis by acting responsibly. We are following all local and provincial guidelines and mandates. We have implemented measures that support the health and safety of employees and guests at all our locations. Here's how :
CURBSIDE PICKUP
We've introduced curbside pickup at our restaurants for all take-out orders, so you don't have to leave your vehicle.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
All payment devices are constantly being sanitized. We encourage guests to use TAP enabled credit or debit cards when completing payment.
INCREASED CLEANING & SANITATION
We have implemented strict cleaning procedures in our kitchens, dining rooms and take-out counters to ensure health & safety measures.
HAND WASHING & SANITIZER
Employees are adhering to rigorous hygiene policies including increased handwashing to protect themselves and others. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the restaurants for guest use.
STAFF HEALTH SCREENING
Daily health checks will be conducted. Only staff who are symptom free will be working.
DIGITAL MENUS
We have a digital version of our menu available that guests can access through their mobile devices.

Simply request over the phone when placing your order or in the 'special instructions' section online.
You can request Contactless Delivery in the following ways:
- When ordering over the phone: simply request when you place your order.
- When ordering on Bostonpizza.com: leave a note in the Special Instructions during Checkout.
- When ordering on the Boston Pizza app: call the restaurant after you’ve placed your order.
Tap-enabled credit card required for Contactless Delivery; or select PAY ONLINE NOW when ordering online to pre-pay and pre-tip for your order (online pre-payment only available at participating locations). Contactless Delivery not available when ordering Alcohol (available at participating locations only).
