  • How can I contact Boston Pizza?

    You can contact or call any Boston Pizza location directly, by using our Restaurant Locator

    For any question or concern you would like to raise to head office, please visit our Contact Us page and someone will respond to you within 2 business days. Or you can reach guest services by calling +1 604-303-6398.

  • How come my favourite dish is no longer on the menu?

    Boston Pizza makes menu decisions based on consumer demand.  As new menu items are updated others will be removed.  Not all items are gone forever though.  You can always find out about new menu items or special features (including some items brought back by popular demand) through MyBP.

  • Does Boston Pizza deliver?

    Yes, absolutely. To order, click on Order Online tab or call the location closest to you by searching the Locations tab, or download the BP App for fast mobile ordering.    

  • Does Boston Pizza offer gluten-free menu items?

    At Boston Pizza, we believe that dietary sensitivities shouldn’t stop you from enjoying fresh, delicious food. That’s why we designed GlutenWise™! GlutenWise™refers to a variety of menu items prepared with gluten-free ingredients focusing on a gluten aware diet. This includes a selection of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers just to name a few. The GlutenWise™ menu caters to those who have gluten sensitivities or special dietary preferences, but still want to enjoy great taste.

  • Do you have any programs that cater to kids?

    Yes, we love having kids and families in our restaurants.  From a Kids Menu with create-your-own-desserts, to Children’s Activity Packs  for every one of our young guests, we’ll make sure your children have a fantastic time.  We also offer children’s birthday parties, so be sure to talk with your local BP about how we can make your child’s next birthday a great one.    

  • What is MyBP?

    MyBP is a loyalty program offered by Boston Pizza. Members get access to great offers, unique promotions and specials, a better, faster, easier online ordering experience and much more. There are two ways to sign up:

    1) Visit and click 'sign up'.

    2) Download our iPhone or Android app (it's 100% free), and click on MyBP to register

  • What offers and deals are available?

    We're always sending out new offers and creating new, exclusive experiences. As a MyBP member, you get access to them all.

  • What information do you keep with Facebook sign in?

    We only take the information required to make your sign-in process easier. We will never post to your wall or sell your information. We are collecting your first name, your surname and your email address. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more on what information we collect and how we use it.

  • How do I see what offers I have available?

    To see all available offers, sign-in into your MyBP account and select My Account on the left hand side (all your offers should be displayed here).


    Want to receive notifications for new offers or promotions? Make sure you agree to receive emails or notifications from us. You can do that in the Account Details section of your MyBP account.

  • Do I need to sign up for MyBP to place an online order?

    No, you do not need to be a MyBP member to place an online order. Simply choose to place the order as a guest. You will still have the opportunity to sign up at the end of the ordering process.

    Being a member though allows you to save your delivery information, favourite orders, and access exclusive offers.

  • How do I redeem my dine-in offer?

    You can redeem your dine-in offer in the following ways:

    - Download the Boston Pizza mobile app, then check in to a Boston Pizza location and provide your server with your three-digit code.    

    - Visit a Boston Pizza location and provide the server with the phone number associated with your MyBP account.

    - Print an offer from your MyBP account screen and bring it with you.

  • I bought a Kids Card In-store or Online. How do I register it to MyBP?

    You can easily register your Kids Card to your MyBP account to receive a 6th FREE kids meal and make it easier to redeem your Kids Meals through your MyBP account. Just follow these steps!

    1.     Sign In to your MyBP account or create a new MyBP account. Click here to create a new account.

    2.     Click on the "My Account" tab from the navigation bar. From a mobile device, access the navigation by clicking the 3 horizontal lines.

    3.     Click on "Offers" link.

    4.     Enter your 16-digit Kids Card number(s) in the area titled "Register a Kids Card".

    5.     If you've entered a valid Kids Card #, your meals will automatically be added to your account under your Offers.

    6.     To redeem your Kids Meals, simply present your server with your email address or phone number associated to your MyBP account, or check-in at the restaurant and provide the server your 3-digit code.

  • How does Boston Pizza contribute to the communities where they are located?

    Boston Pizza raises funds through Boston Pizza Foundation Future Prospects in support of our five national charity partners: JDRF, Kids Help Phone, Live Different, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Rick Hansen Foundation. We also support a host of other deserving charities throughout Canada and each restaurant location works with local businesses and charities in their communities.

  • How can I request a sponsorship or a donation from Boston Pizza?

    Are you looking for a sponsorship for your school, community group or sports team? Do you need a gift card, or silent auction item for an event? Simply contact your local Boston Pizza with your request and one of our fine Boston Pizza franchisees or general managers would be happy to see how they can help. You can find your nearest location by searching the Restaurant Locator.

  • How do I contact my local Boston Pizza restaurant for a donation, event or team sponsorship, or to hold a fundraiser?

    The final decision to make a donation or underwrite a sponsorship at the local level is at the discretion of the franchisee or restaurant owner.

    All our franchisees have their own passions for the missions of various charities and sponsorship preferences. On a regional level, many join forces with other like-minded BP owners in their area to support charitable organizations. Our individual BP locations can also provide suggestions and opportunities that leverage our restaurants’ resources to help you fundraise. If you are a local or regional charity or service group interested in learning how we can help you help others, please contact a community relations coordinator or general manager, or a local franchisee.

  • When was the Boston Pizza Foundation established?

    In 1990, Boston Pizza International Inc. established the Boston Pizza Foundation. Since 2014, with the establishment of Boston Pizza Foundation Future Prospects, we are excited to concentrate our efforts on the mentorship of children and youth and helping them reach their full potential and realize their dreams.

  • How does the School Earnback program work?

    Simply collect receipts from families who have dined with us and send them to your local Boston Pizza. A portion of the total goes back to the school in cash. It can add up fast!

  • What’s the Celebrity Server Program?

    Any staff member or student can volunteer to work alongside a server at your local Boston Pizza. Simply call your local BP location to confirm participation, invite your friends and family to come dine, and a percentage of the sales will go back to your school. This is a great way to fundraise for your school and get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes fun at your local Boston Pizza. We could always use an extra hand!
